The vibration of Fear…

In these times of worldwide pandemic, where confinement has become the norm and paranoia a common feeling, it is of utmost importance to understand Fear not only as an emotion but as a vibrational frequency.

Everything around us is energy. Thoughts are energy. But matter too is energy that vibrates at a certain level that makes it appear “solid”.

However all energy is not equal. Every thought, every emotion, every particule vibrates at a different frequency.

It has been measured that Fear vibrates at approximately 100 Hz. Anger, shame, guilt, envy are all emotions that vibrate below 200Hz. Love, however, vibrates at about 500 Hz.

As a matter of “coincidence” it has been demonstrated that viruses also vibrate at very low frequencies. Negative emotions and states of mind are the perfect entry point for a virus to develop and propagate as it feels “at home”. In addition, Fear drastically affects the immune system, leaving it defenseless.

The exact frequency of 528 Hz has been identified as the one of Unconditional Love and is used by biochemists in genetics to heal and reprogram DNA.

This very frequency was also used to depollute part of the Gulf of Mexico. According to John Hutchinson, a Canadian expert in electro magnetic, a particular selection of sounds has contributed in purifying contaminated water.

Every thought, emotion, experience emits a particular vibration that in turn affects our internal energetic signature and body cells. This is due to the “memory of water’, of which our body is made at 65%, as demonstrated by Masaru Emoto, later by Jacques Benveniste and more recently by Pr Luc Montagnier.

Pr Luc Montagnier, Nobel prize winner for his discovery of the HIV virus, has demonstrated that a virus could be transmitted at a distance while only its vibrational signature was still present in water after dilution. By playing an audio file containing the virus frequency it has been observed that the virus was reappearing and propagating in the said water.

It is because of the memory of water that some illnesses become chronic unless the individuals learn to increase their energetic frequency.

But what is the vibration of Love and is it equal to “being in love”? In some instances it can but in a lot of instances, where love is possessive, jealous or alienating, it is not.

The vibration of Love is a state of harmony and respect towards living beings. It is a sense of inter connectedness with everything that surrounds us. Most importantly it is a deep feeling of trust towards the Universe, towards Life.

The vibration of Love does not mean you are naive and accept everything and anything in life. It does not equal passivity, or worse, submission. It is on the contrary a courageous and active stance that makes you believe in yourself and rise to the best version of yourself. It is a positive mindset that teaches you to grow from negative experiences and not stay in lower vibrations such as fear, anger, guilt, envy or pride.

How do we reach and nurture the vibration of Love?

By spending time in nature… as nature by essence has a high vibration.

By being mindful of our thoughts… the way we talk about ourselves and others. The way we look at life and what we have or don’t have. Thoughts are extremely powerful and creative and by the Law of Attraction we attract what we are, what we think, what we do.

By being in touch with our inner child… marveling at the world, having fun, taking pleasure in the smallest things.

By practicing gratitude… being happy for what you have, truly. You cannot cheat the Universe on that one by pretending to say thank you all the while not being satisfied with your life.

By helping others… here again, wholeheartedly, not expecting something in return. It is incredible how helping others has a positive effect on your state of mind and the image you have of yourself.

By loving yourself... which is absolutely not equal to being self satisfied and arrogant. Loving yourself means being kind to yourself, appreciating your qualities but also accepting your flaws, all the while working on yourself to be better.

By understanding we are all one… the harm you inflict upon others will come back to you. Don’t be fooled when you see tyrants bullying others and yet “getting away with it”. Remember that violence is a very low frequency and a very lonesome state.

When I look at the state of our world today it pains me to see that human relationships are viewed as dangerous and that everywhere the prevailing feeling is fear and mistrust. I am appalled at the media that mostly relay negative news. I am saddened to see people constantly criticising their government not thinking for a minute that this is a completely new situation that nobody was prepared for. Mistakes are bound to happen, people are not infallible.

There is no need to be psychic or particularly negative to predict that the socio economic consequences of the current pandemic will be disastrous. Many businesses will close, people will lose their jobs. They will be depressed and angry. Unfortunately, looking at history, this is always fertile soil for wars and civil wars. It is fertile soil for isolationism, nationalism and radicalisation.

Despite the current context and very well knowing that there are hard times ahead of us, I urge you to reflect on the vibration of Fear vs Love. I urge you to be kinder to people around you, more understanding, supportive. I urge you to take the opportunity to rethink our society, our values, our systems and perhaps take the plunge to get out of the system and do something different that resonates more with who you are. I urge you to not cede to panic or anger. We’ve known these emotions since the dawn of times and in no cases, none, has it led humanity to take the right path.

Nurture joy, nurture confidence, nurture love. It is the only path.
